What does a monthly plan include?
Each plan lists its included capacity and scope. Planning, communication, development, and QA related to agreed work count toward that capacity. Work beyond the included hours is scoped and quoted before it starts.
What happens when the included monthly hours are used?
We pause non-urgent work or quote additional capacity before continuing. You stay in control of priorities and spend — no surprise invoices on your client work.
Do unused hours roll over?
Monthly capacity is intended for the current billing period. If you need a rollover arrangement, we can discuss it when setting up the engagement.
Will you contact our clients directly?
No. Client communication stays with your agency unless you explicitly ask us to join a call or thread.
Can we sign an NDA?
