What does the monthly retainer include?: Core and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, and the monthly development hours listed in each plan. Work beyond included hours is scoped and quoted before it starts.
What happens if we need more hours?: Extra hours are available at an agreed rate. We confirm scope and cost with you first — no surprise invoices on your client work.
Can we pause or cancel?: Retainers run month-to-month after the initial kickoff. Give us notice before the next billing cycle if you need to pause or stop.
