Will SilentWP contact our clients?
No. Client communication stays with your agency unless you explicitly ask us to join a call or thread.
Can work be delivered under our agency brand?
Yes. Delivery is designed so your brand remains the client-facing brand.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Standard NDAs can be signed before project work begins.
Who owns the deliverables?
Deliverables are handed back for your use under the terms agreed for the engagement. We do not keep client-facing branding or claim the client relationship.
How are project requirements communicated?
Through your preferred channels — email, Slack, or project tools. You share requirements; we clarify scope and priorities with your team.
How is quality controlled?
Work is reviewed for the agreed scope before handoff. Testing and QA practices match the nature of the task; we do not invent formal SLAs that are not part of the engagement.
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. Many agencies begin with one plugin, theme, integration, or rescue before moving into a retainer.
Can the relationship become a monthly retainer?
Yes. Maintenance plans and development partnerships are available when you need ongoing capacity.
